1. Controller

2. We do not collect personal data
The website has no contact forms, user registration or newsletter. It does not use analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics), advertising or social media plugins. We do not collect, sell or transfer personal data of visitors to third parties.
3. Technical server logs
Like every website, the server hosting it automatically records certain technical data: IP address, date and time, requested page and browser type. These logs are kept by the website’s hosting provider solely for the operation and security of the website, for a limited period of time, and are not used to identify visitors. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in the secure operation of the website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. Contacting us
If you contact us by email or telephone, we use your details only to reply to you and do not transfer them to third parties.
5. Cookies
The website uses only one cookie, which is strictly necessary for its operation:

6. Google map
On the “Contact” page, the Google map is not loaded automatically, but only if you click “Show map”. Google then receives your IP address and may store cookies, in accordance with its own privacy policy.
7. Fonts
Fonts are loaded from our own server, without any connection to third-party services.
8. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection (Articles 15–21 GDPR), which you can exercise at info@desmi.gr. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (1-3 Kifisias Ave., 115 23 Athens, www.dpa.gr).
